Probiotic super-concentrates for domestic and industrial cleaning

BBA Ecotech’s superconcentrates are natural ‘active ingredients’ intended for formulators and manufacturers of domestic and industrial cleaning products, to make last-generation green biodetergents.

BATP®, BCL e BCP: probiotic biobases for formulators

BATP®, BCL and BCP are raw materials and ‘high concentrates’, in liquid and powder form respectively, consisting of a high concentration of stabilised bacterial spores belonging to the genus Bacillus. These are specific, individually selected microorganisms that guarantee excellent performance even under adverse environmental conditions, both under aerobic and facultative anaerobic conditions. Microorganisms come from official, internationally recognised collections and are fermented on an industrial scale using the pure, non-GMO, non-pathogenic culture technique.

They are Gram-positive, facultative aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms that produce specific lytic enzymes in quantity, capable of acting on a variety of organic substrates such as cellulose, proteins, urea, carbohydrates, starches, oils and fats, and others

They are both compatible with most chemicals used in detergents, are active at acid and alkaline pH levels from 3.0 to 10.0, and can be combined with added free enzymes, dyes, effervescences and fragrances.

Upon request, BBA Ecotech can vary the strain balance and concentration of the bacterial mix according to the different application.

How the probiotic super-concentrates BATP®, BCL and BCP work

Activity

The spores of BATP®, BCL and BCP are ‘awakened’ by dilution during use in contact with wet surfaces. The beneficial microorganisms are activated and start producing specific enzymes that initiate the degradation process of organic substances on surfaces.

BATP®, BCL and BCP create a favourable biofilm that sanitises treated surfaces.

BATP®, BCL and BCP penetrate deep into the fibres and microporosities of surfaces, removing deposited grease, dirt and stains. Stains and fibres must be kept wet, so that BATP®, BCL and BCP can continue their active work.

What happens next?

Once the cleaning action on the surface is exhausted, the work of BATP®, BCL and BCP continues in the drainage system. When BATP®, BCL and BCP reaches the wastewater, the process of organic matter degradation does not stop: the microorganisms of BATP®, BCL and BCP live and act until the nutrients are exhausted, after which their life cycle ends.

The advantages of BATP®, BCL and BCP

  1. They clean where other chemicals cannot.
  2. They control odour formation.
  3. They are suitable for all types of hard or porous surfaces, padding, doormats, carpets.
  4. They keep all types of pipes, siphons and septic tanks free from clogging.
  5. They respect the environment and promote wastewater purification processes.
  6. They remove negative biofilm created by other harmful microorganisms.
  7. They counteract the growth of pathogens and the nesting of insects.
  8. They create a healthier environment for pets as well.

Why choose a biodetergent?

Because it is more than just a detergent! The regular use of biodetergents ensures a continuous ecological action, which is good for the environment and carries out, even in drains, the sanitising process started on surfaces.

Concentrate uniqueness

BATP®, BCL and BCP concentrates are an added value for any formulation, because they transform a traditional chemical into an innovative and biologically active product, they do not ‘pollute’ but ‘ depurate’ the environment.
